An empty dumpster weighs approximately 3,500 lbs. (18 yard dumpster). The weight of the dumpster itself does not affect pricing. Rather, ONLY THE WEIGHT OF THE MATERIALS PLACED IN THE DUMPSTER AFFECTS PRICING.

No, our dumpsters  are open allowing for ease of use.

Our dumpsters are 18 yards and measure at 16 ft long, 8 ft wide, and 4 ft deep.

Hazardous waste, dirt, industrial waste, chemical products, oil filters, herbicides, pesticides, radioactive material, solvents, paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil, lubricating/hydraulic oil, oil filters, contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.), antifreeze, appliances, petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips, tires, batteries, computers, monitors, televisions, microwaves, fluorescent tubes, railroad ties, medical waste, asbestos, animals, barrels, all liquids.

Nothing can be sticking out of the top of the roll off dumpster.

Additional requirements may apply based upon locality. Liability for appropriate waste remains with the customer.

The price of a dumpster rental includes a one-time delivery and removal for the selected days, a disposal weight unlimited, and a stated rental period. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

Department of Transportation regulations limit the weight of any dumpster to approximately 7 tons. Certain materials such as concrete, dirt, brick, drywall, roofing shingles, tree trunks, etc. can be very heavy. Before placing any heavy materials in your roll off dumpster, please review the applicable additional weight charges per the terms and conditions of your agreement and contact us at 386-327-5166 for guidance. 

No, the pricing includes weight. 

No, we guarantee no damage to your driveway. Our dumpsters sit on permanent wheels to eliminate the chances on any damage to your driveway.

Permits are not required.

It is recommended to allow 4’ of clearance on all sides of the dumpster to assure adequate clearance. 

We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have a dumpster available. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a dumpster is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.

We accept all major credit / debit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover). We also accept Checks, cash, cash app, and Zelle.

It is preferred, but not necessary, to have someone onsite for delivery or removal of the dumpster. The driver will use his best judgment and place the dumpster in the safest accessible area. You will be responsible for all charges involved with relocation of the dumpster should it be necessary. For removal, the customer agrees to provide unobstructed access to the dumpster on the scheduled pick-up day. If the dumpster is inaccessible, you will be subject to a wasted trip charge.

You may cancel or change an order by calling us at 386-327-5166 Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm or contacting us via email at volusiatrashmasters@gmail.com. Please have your order confirmation number available when cancelling or making changes. A trip fee of $100 to $250 may apply if the driver is already en route.  

Please call us at 386-327-5166 if you need your dumpster emptied and returned to you. There will be a repeat charge equal to the amount paid for your previous dumpster.
